check make sure plugs sparking which is controlled by coil packs which could be faulty, very unlikely all injectors or coil packs faulty, start at basics check all fuses and engine ecm works injectors and only once car immobilizer has told engine ecm that key ok.
Make sure all your grounds are clean and secure. I'm sending a wiring diagram to you...different year but more accurate than anything you will see in haynes etc. http://www.scribd.com/doc/18999822/Jeep-Wiring-2 take a look at it and perhaps you can get it figured out! good luck

Providing that the motor turns when you turn the key, I'm going to guess that you may have a bad ignition switch or a poor connection somewhere between the key and the pump. I just checked the only wiring diagram I have and am seeing two fuel pump relays. This diagraqm has lied to me before, but it may be worth checking this out!
