I have an 07 dodge grand caravan sxt and it will not start! I thought it was the battery so I replaced that but now all the interior light work and key remote work but when I put the key in the ignition and try to start nothing happens it sounds like there is a clicking noise coming from the fuse box but it is very faint and there is a solid red light on the dash on the upper right hand of the panel. I looked in the manual and it says the solid light means security light? something about the electronics? any ideas? for help Thanks
Turn on the key and leave it on for a long time(up to four hrs) use a battery charger if it's available

get a boost... sounds like the battery is run down.... if you want to test that theory... have someone try and start the car while you check hte voltage on the battery.... it may well even need replacement

No preferences as to charger, as long as it has trickle charge option (slower, but better for battery). Would like to see battery load test done by parts store to see battery condition, but a simple charge may be it. Let me know how it goes, hopefully you will have it up and running soon.

Does your key have a chip on it? If it does its probably the problem
