Nothing happens when turning key on toyata mr2 mk2

Plugged up exhaust maybe? Starved for fuel? Maybe slow on timing?

Google "Helms", they are the largest replacement manual sellers in the country.

Its not fun. If you are a MR2 owner you need the BGB. There are 2 Big Green Books that can be purchased at Toyota.( mechanical and electrical).........or you can use www.mr2-tech.com. The have the step by step procedure on how to do it with pictorial from the BGB. good luck and also go to the MR2board.com and register there. you will find tons of great write ups and tech facts.

if you can get a small screwdriver in the release agt the filler door you should be able to get it open then spray some penetrating fluid on the release & work from the handle inside without closing the fuel door...

In every remote there is a cell to give it a power . it seem to me that the cell of your remote have completed its age. you are suggested to replace the cell of remote with new one. Hope fully your problem will be solved.

your starter is going out. toyota's are bad about getting a dead spot in the starter.
