Re: front bumper damaged.
It's pretty easy to remove the front bumper.
- Remove the plastic "air dam" below the bumper by unscrewing and then popping out the four plastic connectors underneath, then two on the sides.
- If you have fog lights, disconnect them by reaching up and behind the bumper.
- Using an 18mm socket, remove the nuts that hold the bumper to the frame. They will be located immediately behind the tow hooks, if you have them, or the small bumps where the tow hooks would protrude.
- Slide the bumper off.
