I have a strawberry milkshake looking liquid in my transmission
Coolant mixing with the transmission due to trans cooler failure is a 2 way street. If there is coolant in your transmission then there is transmission fluid in your coolant. The coolant lines from the transmission develop much more pressure than the cooling system because they are driven by torque convertor pressure so I doubt it is the radiator cooler. Also transmission fluid mixing with coolant usually does not produce a pinkish color. If it is common coolant the color is yellowish. My question is there any chance that your vehicle went through a deep puddle or was parked where the water became deep?
Either way, the fluid should be changed as soon as possible because water will distort the seals inside the transmission if it didn't happen already. A fluid flush with a flushing machine is what I recommend to fully remove the liquid contaminant.
Your transmission fluid lines run thru the radiator's transmission cooling cell. When the radiator springs an internal leak, it contaminates the trans fluid with coolant/water mix, giving it the milky pink appearance. Replace radiator and flush transmission.
