I EVEN CHANGED MY THERMOSTAT AND DRAINED MY RADIATOR AND WHEN IT GETS HOT THE HOSE ON TOP OF THE COOLINT RESIVOR PUSHS IT OUT AND MY WATER PUMP IS NOT LEAKING WHAT TO DO

So the overflow tank would be pressurized with a radiator cap. This would no doubt be higher than top of radiator and engine .Keep filling it without engine running and heater on hot, then start up, when engine gets hot and thermostat opens, water should leave overflow and you need to top up as required.
Sounds like you may have a bad radiator. It may be clogged and the coolant is not able to go through it causing it to come out the cap and reserve tank.
Your radiator could be glogged and causing it to back up out of overflow, drain coolant,if still good, save and remove bottom hose from radiator get hose and insert in radiator and let run and see how flow is,if clooged,go to autozone and tell them what is happening and they will get you what you need to unglog .To check water pump, unscrew radiator cap and put over opening, crank engine, let it get at operating temperature, remove cap and check flow.Click on link to view radiator flush. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/accessories/Fluids-and-Chemicals/Radiator-Cleaner-and-Additive/_/N-262g?filterByKeyWord=radiator+flush&fromString=search
well you have a problem in that gravity law seems to have been repealed in your driveway. since it is not working anyway drain the radiator, leave the bottom hose off tip the top hose up and pour water in very rapidly. i think you are going to find that there is a major blockage in the radiator.
TO CHANGE RADIATOR FIRST YOU TURN OFF RADIO FIRST TO KEEP FROM LOSING RADIO CODE.DISCONNECT NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE.RAISE FRONT OF VECHICLE SUPPORT ON JACK STANDS.REMOVE THE LOWER SPLASH SHIELDS.NOW YOU NEED TO DRAIN THE COOLING SYSTEM.CATCH COOLANT IN A LARGE DRAIN PAN.REUSE COOLANT IF ITS FAIRLY NEW.IF COOLANT VERY OLD CHANGE IT.PUT OLD COOLANT IN SOME EMPTY CONTAINER TAKE TO A GARAGE OR WHOEVER DISPOSE IT.DONT POUR ON GROUND.HARMFUL TO THE ENVIRONMENT.MOVE THE AIR INTAKE DUCT PASSES OVER THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE.NOW WHEN ALL COOLANT DRAIN OUT.LOOSEN UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSE CLAMPS.THEN DETACH THE RADIATOR HOSES FROM THE FITTINGS.IF THEY ARE STUCK GRASP EACH HOSE NEAR THE END WITH A PAIR OF ADJUSTABLE PLIERS AND TWIST IT TO BREAK THE SEAL THEN PULL IT OFF REMOVE SMALL COOLANT SURGE LINES FROM TOP OF RADIATOR THAT GOES TO THE OVER FLOW RESERVOIR..DISCONNECT COOLING FAN ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR.THEN REMOVE THE COOLING FAN.REMOVE DISCONNECT AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES GET READY TO CATCH TRANSMISSION FLUID THEN PLUG LINES. NOW UNSCREW THE FOUR BOLTS TWO ON EACH SIDE OF THE RADIATOR THAT ATTACH RADIATOR TO THE AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSOR CAREFULLY TIP TOP OF THE RADIATOR SLIGHTLY TOWARDS THE ENGINE.REMOVE THE UPPER RADIATOR SEAL AND LIFT RADIATOR FROM THE ENGINE.NOW IS THE TIME TO REPLACE THE UPPER AND LOWER RADIATOR HOSES WITH NEW ONES SINCE ALL COOLANT REMOVE I WOULD REPLACE THERMOSTAT AND RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP.NOW WHEN YOU GET READY TO INSTALL NEW RADIATOR USE SHEETS OF CARD BOARD PROTECT RADIATOR FINS AND CORES FROM DAMAGE WHILE SITTING RADIATOR BACK IN PLACE.ONCE YOU GET UPPER AND LOWER HOSES IN PLACE ALSO PLACE SMALL SURGE HOSES FROM THE OVER FLOW RESERVOIR TO RADIATOR NEW THERMOSTAT AND TRANSMISSION COOLER LINES ALL HOOK UP. START POURING ANTIFREEZE IN THE RADIATOR OR OVERFLOW RESERVOIR IF RADIATOR DONT HAVE RADIATOR CAP ON IT.POUR A FULL GALLON ANTIFREEZE AND A HALF MORE IF LONG AS THE COOLANT STAYS ON THE COLD LEVEL MARK ON OVERFLOW RESERVOIR DONT OVER FILL.IF YOU POUR ANTIFREEZE IN RADIATOR KEEP POURING ANTIFREEZE UNTIL LEVEL STOP DROPPING AND LEVEL OFF AT RADIATOR TOP.START ENGINE CHECK FOR LEAKS. LET ENGINE RUN UNTIL IT WARM UP TOP RADIATOR HOSE GET HOT.WATCH COOLANT LEVEL IN RADIATOR OR COOLANT OVERFLOW RESERVOIR WHEN THERMOSTAT OPENS COOLANT LEVEL WILL DROP.ONCE YOU HAVE ENOUGH COOLANT IN THE SYSTEM COOLANT LEVEL WILL STOP DROPPING.THEN YOU READY TO GO.LET ENGINE SIT A LITTLE WHILE CHECK COOLANT LEVEL AGAIN.COOLANT LEVEL IN THE OVER FLOW RESERVOIR SHOULD BE AT HOT MARK FOR HOT ENGINE AND WHEN ENGINE COLD COOLANT LEVEL SHOULD BE AT THE COLD MARK.IF POUR ANTIFREEZE IN THE RADIATOR COOLANT LEVEL SHOULD BE AT TOP OF RADIATOR BELOW PRESSURE CAP.
G'day Noel, Yes it could be the themostat. It is located inside a little housing at the top front of the engine. Replacement is straight forward. Remove any cowls or covers obstructing your view of the top radiator hose where it attaches to the engine. Drain the coolant from the system by undoing the bottom radiator hose. You may want to catch this fluid for later use. Remove the top radiator hose. Undo the three bolts holding the thermostat housing and gently tap if free with a screwdriver handle. Clean and inspect the housing for corrosion damage. Fit new themostat and refit the housing using a new gasket. Note: make sure you put the themostat back the same way it came out. Tighten housing bolts, replace radiator top and bottom hoses and fill with coolant. Do not fit radiator cap at this point. Start and run engine until you feel hot water arrive in the top of the radiator and all air has been dispelled. Shut off the engine and top up the radiator coolant. Do this again after it has cooled down and before attempting any long trips check it again. Do not open the radiator cap when the engine is hot. Thermostat is found where the top radiator hose ( big hose almost 2 inches ) comes out of the top of the engine. Usually just 1 hose clamp and a couple of bolts to get at it. You will loose lots of coolant doing this if you don't drain quite a bit out of the radiator first. Most important thing is to make sure the coolant refills up under the new thermostat. If there is a big air gap (vapour lock) your engine could overheat before the new thermostat gets hot enough to open.
it may be a little off, but the lower water hose seldom gets very hot,, as its this hose that suplyes the engine with ""cold water"" the hot water comes out the top hose,, drains down the rad and cools on the way down then enters the engine through the bottom hose """if your engine stayes running in the normal place on the gage,,,and not over heating""" why are you spending money for nothing???""
you wont get the bottom hose to run hot unless the engine is cooking
see if you can remove top radiator hose at highest oint on motor and fill, you can drain coolant at bottom of radiator with wing nut type drain fitting
