Look on the passenger side on the shift console, near the front passenger's left ankle. There is a plastic cover with fuses and relays behind it. Keep me posted as to your progress, good luck

2000 ls1 saturn dome light and cigarette lighter not working

Hi,

When you removed the fuse, did you inspect it to see if it was burnt? If it wasn't burnt, then you replaced the wrong fuse.

If the was indeed burnt, then you probably have another burnt fuse somewhere. Look under the dashboard/console and against the side wall or floorboard for another fuse box.

Hope this helps.

The dome light, reading lights, trunk light do not work. Where is the fuse for these lights located? Which fuse panel and which fuse in the panel. The owner's manual names the fuses without the exact...

The fuse panel for the interior lights is located inside the vehicle. The diagram is located on the fuse panel cover . When you pull the cover off you'll see it inside the cover .

2000 Saturn LS1 dashboard battery light

the light is across one diode in the rectifier pack in the alternator, usually there are 9 of them, one of yours has failed, probably the failed diode is leaking current and draining the battery. In this instance the battery will be good (if drained) and the other 8 diodes will show a good charge.Get the current drain checked with everything switched off

2000 Saturn LS1 dashboard battery lite

the alternator has a circuit in it that illuminates the battery light on the dash.that circuit is most likely at fault but because the battery went dead once i would think your alternator is just about at the end of it's useful life.
