the high humidity (water) is attacking your electrical starting system, whens the last time you changed your spark plug wires , distributor cap & rotor ? how about your fuel & air filters ? cleaned your battery terminals ? try it , it will help !!!!!!!!!
are you sure it is not a fuel problem, check to make sure that your getting fuel, could be the solenoid on the fuel pump, does it smoke as your cranking it.
If you are Getting SPARK and FUEL PROPERLY, The Engine HAS JUMPED TIME and Requires TIMING CHAIN Replacment to Correct the NO START Problem, BE SURE of GOOD FUEL PRESSURE and SPARK Before Proceding.
try to spray some carburetor cleaner inside where the air goes in the engine...it will clean the system and it might start... press some gas when you try to start the vehicle... good luck!
Start with fuel system. Listen for fuel pump humm at fuel tank No humm check wiring to pump for power. Then check for spark at plugs and wires. Remove wire from coil and hold near engine and see arch when you crank. No arch. Replace ignition Modular inside distributor cap or cap or rotor
I would chech the ingition module inside the distributor. It's a little black box on the bottom(inside). I'm assuming you have the correct fuel presssure coming from the fuel pump.
i had a similar problem and called the dealer during lunch hour. i talked to a mechanic, the distributor in these vehicles is plastic, and is prone to cracking.not just the cap but the body also, I have been taking the cap off and wiping the moisture out of the cap. or replacing the cap but the problem is I need a new distributor. just a cheep way to get rolling is cleaning the inside of the cap, especially when it is very damp or the outside temp changes alot during the day. good luck.
try to spray a little fuel into the throttle body or carb and see if it starts and runs if it does check your filters and spider injectors also it wouldnt hurt to check your hall effect sensor
what is the fuel pressure reading? does it have spark?
Car wont crank fuel pump good fuel not coming to eng or bleed button
