Fuel pump works, what else could it be. It cranks but wont turn over. Keys were lost so it has no ignition, instead it has 2 toggle switches, one on steering column turns on accessory power and the other is under the dash under the steering column and is a different type of switch and that one cranks the engine. HELP PLEASE!:(

I just had my cam shaft seal replaced and then they put a bracket to hold it in place, I have a 99 Honda Accord LX, they didn't start putting the brackets on until around 2000. My cam seal just popped out that's the purpose for the bracket.
SOURCE: how do i remove the rack and pinion on a 1996
there is a pinch bolt that holds it in, make sure you straighten the steering wheel first and lock it down with something so it cant move, then remove the pinch bolt and the pressure and discharge lines from the rack there are return lines within the rack that go side to side, you dont need to remove those. Make sure the replacement rack is even when putting back into steering yolk
SOURCE: honda accord lx 1996 6 transmission dipstick
For the V-6 model, the dipstick is located down low on the transaxle, on the drivers side of the car, if it is low, usually 1 pint of of fluid is needed to raise from low notch to high notch. also if it appears to be dark or burnt, smells burnt, you should replace the tranaxle fluid. Good Luck!

No, it ran after the keys were lost and switches installed. (But this took place anywhere from 6mo-1yr prior to me buying it; and I know it sat for quite a long time in the hot az heat also b4 i bought it)
First, did the car run after the keys were lost, or did this problem happen after the switches were installed?
do you know if the injectors are firing?
