With the wiring diagram, I suggest to disconnect the warning chime module, generally, it is on the driver side under
the dash, follow the sound, it
is usually black in colour.

from what it sounds to me is that the alarm is still in anit theft mode
i had this happen to my vehicle
one thing you can try is lock all the doors try and unlock from the passenger side make sure that all the lock come up to the top where they should be
then try it
if that does not work then lift up the rear of the car like it was being towed and it should reset the alarm
short of that you will have to have alarm shop come to you

The door locks wont work when the car is on. Dont spend time chassing this problem beacuse it is tied in with the ignition switch.
