1994 jeep wrangler no fire engine rotate not starting
i alredy changed cps and coil can it be my crank position sensor
Crank position sensor has a higher failure rate than it should...however i would not change it "at random" Check for continuity between b&c terminals of the sensor with a digital ohmeter.
There should be no continuity between them (b&c should be marked on connector) No continuity reading is same as when probes are not connected to each other.
I really dislike when people try and help and use terms that owners can't understand ... "check your zxy and qtr then add an abc" dosen't seem helpful. I hope I am as clear as I can be!!!

Your original post clearly says that you changed the cps, and coil, then asks if anyone thinks it might be the crank position sensor...
That would lead me to believe that you changed the CAM POSITION SENSOR (CPS) otherwise after changing it why would you ask if the crank sensor might be the problem??? OK...refrain from buying and plugging in random stuff till it's fixed. Instead, get a decent volt/ohm meter and a manual (haynes, chilton etc). Use the manual and do some testing. Unless you can tow it to a large local auto parts store (many run code checks for free), You will need to individually test all components. At the moment, My thoughts go towards a faulty auto shutdown relay, but without any testing to verify, it's just a guess!!! Testing is exactly what any shop technician would do if he was working on your vehicle...There aren't any shortcuts!!

hello, I changed the crank position sensor and it still doesnt start so im comfused if you think of something else please let me know thanks
camshaft and crankshaft sensors relay info to the ECM, and it uses both to calculate when the coil should fire.
Sensors usually cause a CEL condition.
Do you have one?
Have you hooked up to OBD to check for codes??
