SOURCE: 1995 jeep laredo overdrive is not shifting

Your overdrive should kick in at about 45mph, pretty much at or about 2000rpm. To see if it engaged, lightly touch the brake pedal and it will disengage. It should also disengage when you mash the pedal down to go into passing gear, and re-engage when conditions "normalize" again. You can tell that it has engaged because the tach will drop a few hundred rpms. If it's not doing this, a simple trans oil change (with filter) may correct the problem. OD is activated by a shift solenoid on the valve body that may be a bit gummed up.
95's show a shift control module on some diagrams I've seen, but not on others. I read this as a possible "half-year change" So you may or not have one. If you do, I'd check that as well!

SOURCE: 1993 Saturn SL2 will not shift into highway gear

Saturn says and I quote

there transmission fluid is not to be changed after the first change at 6000 miles.

Now I say it should be changed at every 30000 miles. If changing out the fluid doesn't work then you need to go to a transmission repair shop.

SOURCE: 1999 saturn sl2 transmission wont shift from 1st gear

Your valve body and possibly input shaft nut need to be replaced. The valve body's booster valve is worn down and won't create pressure. Before it went completely out it slammed on the input shaft nut and loosened it.

You need to replace the valve body and retorque the input shaft nut. The transmission is not junk. The above needs to be replaced and change the filter and fluid and do it every 20K miles.

I have a 2000 Saturn sl2 and The right front motor mount was broke right down the middle and I replaced with oem part and it seemed to help quit a bit but still shifting hard what is wrong you think .

most engines have 3 or 4 engine mounts and if one had failed the others will be close behind. Misalignment of the engine to the shifting operation will lock levers or jam cables.

My 97 Saturn SL2 won't go past 30 mph. Even with

I guess my first question would be - are you saying it is slipping in 3rd gear ? If you push the gas pedal to the floor it should downshift into a lower gear.
If it is slipping, or not upshifting into 3rd gear, I'm afraid chances are the transmission is toast.
You can take it to a couple of shops for estimates but they will probably want to pull the pan and take a look inside.

My saturn sl2 is shifting hard on his bad days

Yes, with another transmission...they have a problem with the valve body going bad. Go with a junk yard trany. Just make sure that it has low mileage. $700 is a ball park figure...$700 for labor.

Got in my 2000 Saturn sl2 after going in to get my son. Got in the car started. Made a terrible bucking noise and hesitated to go in reverse but when it did it bucked the whole car and then on the way home...

This car is known to have a couple problems with the automatic transmission. One possibility is that the differential pin has come loose and his hitting on the inside of the transmission. This requires an overhaul, however it doesn't sound like your problem. This transmission is also known for having the valve body in the transmission wear out and cause erratic shifting. This could be your problem. It is still a fairly expensive repair, but does not require the transmission to be removed or overhauled. Hope this helps.

1996 Saturn SL2

What this code means is the trans is slipping, the most likely cause is internal parts failure or shift solenoid issue for 2nd gear, but based on what I know of this code you will end up getting the trans overhauled.
