Sounds to be your fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail
Are you getting fire to the plugs. If you are and after you spray fuel into the TBI it just tries to start but will not I suggest you pull the spark plug out of #7 cylinder and if it doesn't have fuel on it this tells me the engine is not pulling vacuum to take the fuel. If this is so than you need to check the catalytic converter to be sure it is not plugged. You can pull the o2 sensor if it is ahead of the cat. and see if the vehicle will start. My 1994 350 just went through this.
SOURCE: throttle body injectors not fiering but there is fuel pressure
the injectors are fired thru the engine cotrol module but it gets its signal to fire from the pick-up located inside the distributor if you are loosing injector pulse only the ignition module is bad if you are also loosing spark when you loose injector pulse your pick up is causing the problem if you replace the pick-up i recomend you change the ignition module when doing so because they work together and you have to remove the distributor to change the pick-up

do you have a K&N air filter system some times oil from the filter will get on the air mass flow senso and wont let it start. If it does try cleaning air mass flow sensor and some of the oil on K&N filter

try the ignition module. if it is bad it does not send the signal for the the throttle body injectors to spray feul.

even tho you have a new fuel pump is it working? check with volt meter, test light, listen if it comes on when you first turn the key on, if not, check fuel pump fuze
