Have a code 0449 2001 blazer

Hi.

P0449 means: evaporative emission (evap) canister vent solenoid valve, incorrect voltage at driver.

Check the evap. ventilation valve, wiring and and solenoid. The evaporative system is located under the vehicle near to the fuel tank.

Error codes 0449 and 0455. Replaced fuel cap and reset. Codes return. If this is the evap canister, is it replaceable without bed or tank involvement as some were supposed to be?

I do not think canister, but a little bulb on or beside the canister is the problem. it seem to me i seen this on motorweek, on the garage part. hope this helps.
