The sensors were replaced but the light is on showing horseshoe with question mark for tpms, they have to be reset.....somebody said dealer only? i can"t do it myself

Take the truck to a tire shop that carries a nitrogen machine ,and let all the air out of tires and get them to fill them with nitrogen. this should take care of that problem.

I don't know enough about the TPMS systems to give you any clue as to what is going on there.
However, it is generally an unacceptable practice to try to repair a tire that has a puncture in the sidewall. The flexing of the sidewall can cause the repair to fail. I would drive very carefully and slowly on a tire that has had such a repair.
