And you know the fuel filter is good? Could be injector problem: just as a check, spray some starting fluid into the intake and see if engine runs a few seconds. If it does, it is a fuel problem. Check injector fuse, as a start. Check fuel pressure. Check injector circuit. If engine won't start with starting fluid, check if you are getting spark. Problem may be in the ignition system.

Try adding Seafoam fuel additive available at your local auto parts store. This will help remove moisture from your fuel system caused by using 87 octane gas (regular unleaded) always. It will also help to remove carbon build up in your exhaust system. Ask at your auto parts store for use instructions or check out Seafoam on youtube for video assitance.

There is not fuse for pump but a relay in the relay block. I do suggest jumping to see if pump turns on. Test voltage from ECM if needed. If voltage is to pump, then pump is shot. If not voltage, relay may be bad

Then you might want to idle the low idle speed up a half a turm to see if that sovles the problem.

could be a bad ( tps ) sensor it registers the amount of pedal you give it so it knows how much fuel to give the engine if the starting volts are not where they should be it won't start.
