How many miles are on it? Could be timing chain wear.

Good Evening, if your truck runs fine at idle it would make me wonder about the mass air flow sensor, however when you first start it your idle air control sensor should open up and let your vehicle to idle up to warm idle and then back to normal. So there are a few things to check.

Sound like you may have a catalytic converter plugging up. Take it to a muffler shop and have them check it for you.

sounds like you might have a clogged exhaust, this can happen if catalytic converter is coming apart, the pieces will lodge themselves in the muffler or downpipes and restrict exhaust, causing it to back up into engine and cause vehicle to bogg down. To test, disconnect exhaust between manifold and catalytic, it will be loud, but you can test if engine revs better, if so replace cat and check rest of exhaust for debris and empty out.
