It truly isn’t that hard! 4 screws. More than likely do not have a wheel puller. Instead of dragging this out if you have any AutoZone next to you they loaned tools for free tell them what you’re doing and that you need a wheel puller they will break down much faster than I can give it to you on this good luck my friend

If the horn works with direct connection, and fuse, relay, and circuit breaker are all good, it's the switch in the steering wheel. If it is anything like the chrysler auto's, the switch and the air bag module is all one unit, can't replace just the switch, the whole thing, and it's about $700 to $800 for those units, at least it is here, and can only get them at a dealer.

have you cheked if the horn itself is well grounded, it could be that the screw hoding is lose.

once the lug nuts are off the wheel should come off, if not bang on the tire with a heavy hammer it is stuck on the hub (RUST).
