Doesn't work with the key pad or remote. The regular key will open the door after multiple times of trying to unlock it. Door will lock with remotes or keyless pad. Other doors may not unlock also. Sometimes three of the doors will not unlock.
Great difficulty in using the key to unlock drivers door. Have to keep turning the key multi times till it creeps up enough to open the door.
Door will unlock full if it is opened with the door handle inside of the car.

1) Key turns but dose not unlock door. This means that the rod that goes to the back of the lock has came off. This also means that is the reason door is not unlocking with the remote as it pops the lock rod inside the door which pushes the lock open. 2) Key does not turn lock at all but works passengers side door. This means that the locks has been changed in the door, but that doesn't sound like the problem as you say the remote doesn't open the drivers side door so more than likely the rod has came off the back of the lock
You will need to try reprogramming the remote 1st, below is the complete procedure. If the reprogram doesn't restore function then you will need the dealer to test the keyless entry system, you may have a bad module or remote (only applies if both remotes don't work).
