Noise was loud, I found the Driver side outer Tie Rod was worn bad. I replaced both sides (driver and passenger) and re-aligned it. The noise was much less but still loud. This noise only happens when turning right. When turning left the noise goes away.
There are several components that could cause noise from the front when turning. The components to be concerned about are, Wheel bearings, Ball Joints, Tie rod Ends, CV joints and brake rotors.
Wheel Barrings:
Jack the car up under the control arm until the wheel is off the ground about 3 inches. Slide a pry bar under the tire and place the other hand on the top of the tire. As you lift and lower the pry bar fell for loose movement in the tire. If there is such movement you have a bad wheel bearing.
On your vehicle this is a sealed Hub.
Ball Joint:
Repeat the test above and watch the upper and lower ball joints for movement. Is there is movement replace the bad ball joint.
Tie Rod ends:
You have changed the inner and outer tie rod ends so you are probably covered there.
CV joint:
The Joint is housed in a rubber boot. If you can feel the joint inside the boot you can turn the tire forward and back and feel for play in the joint. If you are not able to feel the play you can loosen the clamp on the boot and push the boot out of the way. Then repeat the test.
Brake Rotors.
You have already changed the rotors so this is not likely the issue.

I have the same clicking sound in my 06 Escape on the Drivers Side.
Took the car into Ford what a mistake that was! They caharged me $100.00 and told me it was the CV joint and would cost $404.00 to fix it. A friend of mine is an Auto Mechanic and is going to help me install the one I bought brand new at Advanced Auto for $74.00.
I am told we can do it in 20 minutes with not unusual tools (Pullers ect) he has done hundreds of them on all makes of cars.
That will be the last time I take the car to Ford. According to him they probably did not even remove the wheel just drove around in circles to check it out.
Find a good mechanic and have him do it.
I also have worked on cars all my life so I at least have some experience and hope we can knock this thing out in the 20 minutes to an hour time frame.
Thanks hope this helps.
i have the same problem when i turn right a terrible grinding noise every time it makes that noise it stress me out it sounds expensive to fix
