Can't find the oil filter on my 2002 Buick Century

Jack the car up and support it on safety stands crawl under the car and you will see them under the engine and one under the transmission and one side mount.

Miguel, 1993 Buick century hood cable broke. With a flashlight, you will have to lay under car and reach up where cable runs into latch and pull the latch mechanism/lever to unlatch hood. If not comfortable doing this call a locksmith and they will have it open in seconds. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

drivers side behind headlight assembly 4 clips holding top cover on

most cars have it printed on decal the body under hood it will say 134-a capacity 2.3lb ,when adding Freon allways follow detailed instructions .if system has been emptied you may have to use Freon with oil in it

usually in the cab fuse box 20 - 30 amp

Check your cabin air filter.

It is located under the black plastic wiper cowl when you lift the hood, on the passenger side of the vehicle.

never evan seen a buick let alone worked on one but i would imagine that yes you can get to the sender unit from under the seat

The cabin air filter for your 2002 Buick Century is located under the cowl in the firewall between the engine compartment and the passenger side of the front seat. To change the filter:
1. Leave the wipers in up position.
2. Open the hood
3. Remove the weather stripping from passenger side of cowl
4. Unclip the window washer line (two or three places)
5. Remove the three fasteners with an ordinary screwdriver (one is easy, the other two were more difficult)
6. Take out the cowel cover
7. Remove old filter
8. Put in new filter
9. Replace cover, fasteners, washer line, and weather stripping.

Do it about every 20,000 km. I left mine for nearly 130,000 km and it was filthy dirty.
New filter costs about $12
