My fan/blower stopped working recently. I checked/replaced the 7.5a HVAC fuse on the inside fuse box and also replaced the RUN relay but neither solved the problem. Are there other fuses/relays that I need to consider?
The fuse you replaced powers the hvac control. The run relay is powered by a 30amp fuse in the fuse box near the battery.
Is the relay getting power from that 30amp fuse ?
Testimonial: "Thanks Stephen - I did end up replacing that 30a fuse before reading this and it didn't appear to be the solution. But then I disconnected the wire to the blower unit under the dash to check it with a multimeter. When I reconnected the harness the blower worked. I'm not sure what happened (the harness wasn't loose), but with all of the suspect fuses/relays replaced it is now working."

It could be the control head in the dash, or a bad wire. If you can pull the control head out of the dash and check the connection for the wiring harness, otherwise start under the hood and start checking the wiring for corrosion or broken wires.

it's by the firewall pass side in the plastic blower box. Multi wire plug and two screws are showing.

Are you getting a check engine lite? It could be the coolant temperature sensor that signals the computer to run the fan. Good Luck Darrell S

Check the blower motor to see if it is getting power, and check the blower control switch, andd it1s connector.
