Replace the camshaft sensor...the car is probably running rough too it should fix that too

Why would you buy a Saturn,you surely know, their no longer made, that will be an issue going forward.
Egr Valve code, may indicate the need to replace it.
You don't go to inspection with check lights on,have the system scanned next time,before going.
