I have 2 questions:
1. I have a 2004 Honda Accord Sedan and have had 2 instances where the rear floorboard was soaking wet. This has only occurred since I moved to a new home and park on a slight incline (with the front of the car higher than the rear). The floorboards were never wet when I parked on a level surface.
I checked the:
truck seal - looks fine
sunroof seal - looks fine
sunroof drain tubes - front look fine but couldn't see the back ones
door seals - look fine
brake light seals - look fine
If it was the brakelight or trunk seals, the entire trunk would have to fill with water before the water could move up to the rear floorboards. The spare tire well was a little damp (probably a little bit of condensation because of springtime conditions), but it doesn't look like it has filled with water.
The sides of the trunk are dry and the rear seats are dry. I can't see where water has run down the inside of the car (from window seals, etc.). The ceiling is not damp at all.
What else should I check?
Should I just try parking with the front of the car lower than the rear?
2. There are no vapor barriers on the doors. I guess the guys that installed my remote start took them off. Are these important? Should I replace them?
Thanks for the help! I appreciate it!!

SOURCE: Interior Carpet Getting Wet
It sounds like a plugged drain line from the air conditioner. Most cars now run in the a/c mode whenever u turn on the climate control (even when heat is on). The passenger side front is where it would be wet, and the carpet and carpet pad act like a sponge and will soak up the water. Let me know how u make out.

I would use the vapor barrier Unless you plan on taping all the seams and using care to not open them during the pour the foam will not act as a vapor barrier. I feel vapor barrier is critical an code in some areas.
SOURCE: Vulcan freezer has condensate coming thru freezer wall and thru
no epoxy is not enough
you need to insulate the floor use sheet unsulation it comes in 4x8 and then sheet over it with ply wood like a 5/8 ply seal arround the edges with a good indoor our door silicone then use epoxy th seal the ply
by simply sealing the floor you will get loss and make your pump work 3-4 times as hard using 3-4 times the hydro witch means more money over the long haul
spend some time and cash now or spend a lot of cash later.
SOURCE: water in the back seat storage area
Yes.go for a ride with air con off then check if it gets wet again.if no, go for ride with air con on.if wet its the drain pipe thats blocked.

you cant. a clearance of 3 inches must be maintained to combustibles where you penetrate the roof.you shouldn't be overly concerned about this small area.
