1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Water leaks

Just went through the car wash and noticed some water leaking onto the passenger side floor matts. Starting coming out while the car was being dryed.

Any ideas on where to begin looking. I plan on running some water to see where it is coming from. What is down there that could have a bad seal?

WHY WATER LEAKS ON PASSENGER SIDE

Is there a sunroof? If there is the drains can become plugged on one side and overflow down the headliner onto the floor. There is also a drain for the A/C on the passenger side that may be plugged allowing water to overflow into the interior. The best way to find leaks is to run a hose on the car and have someone on the inside looking for the leak

1994 jeep cherokee heat doesnt work

this is very common problem on ZJ when cabin heater is clogged or worn or rusted. unfortunatelly it is really hard thing to correct. you need to remove almost all dash parts to reach heater core. after reaching it you will find the hole causing water to be drained into passenger floor or just a torn hose. both situations require you to remove almost everything.

My 1999 jeep cherokee is leaking on the passenger floor board. how can i stop the leak?

what is leaking onto the floor? water? antifreeze? if its water and you have a sunroof it might be the drain tube for the passenger side of the sunroof has popped off and the water is running down the inside of the 'A' pilar and onto the carpet,if thats the case you will have to take down the headliner and take a look.hope this helps

Water leaking on passenger floor

Check, if it's coolant, going to be a leaking heater core, if it's water, a/c drain clog up, go under hood, passenger side fire wall, look for little hose coming out of fire wall, stick a pen in there to unclog.

Water leaking onto paaenger floor board when a/c

There is a drain to the hvac box under the hood passenger side. It's most likely stopped up.

Water Leak in Passenger Side Floor Vent Area after car wash

Unless this happens in the rain as well, I would not worry about it. Likely in the car wash, far more water is coming in than the normal drain system can handle, therefore causing it to overflow. If you do have a drain obstruction, find the drain hose (small right angle hose on firewall passenger side) and roll it in your fingers to clear it.

Water leaking onto floor of front passenger side of vehicle

Water on the floor indicates a heater core leak. You may also find a mist coming from the inside of the car when you run the heat and or AC. If this is the case, have your heater core checked out. Best of luck.
