U must pull the radio out and remove the top cover of the radio, under that u will find a tiny bulb socket just behind the display inside the radio, remove that twist in bulb socket and replace the miniature bulb, any parts store will have it.

There will be a code to reset the radio in your instruction manual. Find the code then remove the + terminal on the battery for a minute or two then refit it . follow the instructions in the manual to install the code .
continually press/release the center of the tuning know until you have the preferred display you want and then press and hold the same button until the system beeps (1-2 seconds). It will now save your preferred default screen (clock in your case)
Does it do this on all radio stations? Some stations don't broadcast that information, some do. Also there may be an info button somewhere on the radio, try pushing that to see if it comes up.
setting stations on Fords are easy,put it on the station you want to program and push the channel button in and hold for about 2 seconds then it should flash,now the channel is set..now for the clock,with the key on and radio turned off,press the clock button,then press the seek or scan forward or reverse to adjust the time,then hit the clock button again to make sure it sets.
Press MENU until SELECT HOUR or SELECT MINS is displayed. Use SEL (UP arrow) to manually increase or SEL (DOWN arrow) to decrease teh hours/minute. Press MENU again to disengage clock mode.
the radio display is lighted by a tiny bulb inside the radio, to change this u must remove the radio from the dash and take off the top sheet metal cover, under that u will see a small twist in bulb socket, replace that little bulb, the bulb is about $2 and avail at any full sevice auto parts store.
