My husband was running errands one day came home and parked went to leave a hour later and the truck wouldn't start. We have been searching for answers online. diagrams. logs. blogs... ect. so we have replaced the o2 sensors, starter, starter celanoid, battery.... still wont start. we did the test of a screw driver from the celanoid to battery, it starts. but when turning the key all we get is a weird sound like a robot powering down. we are boggled... please help.

Flashed reduced engine power ! Electronic throttle control problem ! Your best bet ,take it to a GM dealer , buick , cadillac , GMC . You do not have diagnostic test equipment or knowledge to even diagnose this.
We have the same exact problem!! been happening the past year (about 5 times). Finally went all the way out friday, wasnt able to start after 2 hours, left work and went back sat and finally started after an hour. got it home and it wont start again. Why isn't there a FN recall on this problem that so many LOYAL JEEP OWNERS are having?!?!?!?
