Replace the brake pads....bleed your brakes....back to front....if your pads are reaaly close to being noisy, your pedal will go to the floor and what is happening is air is replacing the fluid that is leaving the master cylinder to your brakes.
You haven't said if you have noticed any leaks around the back side of your tires, looking for wet spots on the tires....if you do have wet spots, you will see it.
Try replacing all your brakes and then bleed them back to front.
Yea i agree check master cylinder and all brake line fittings
and check the master cylinder cap to see if the vent holes are plugged.
and yes if your pads are worn then your pedal will not feel right. when the fluid resivor is full and you have new brake pads, it will stay full. When the pads start to wear you have to add fluid to make up for that extra space with fluid. so it is normal for the brake fluid to go low after alot of miles. As for the air in the lines, it is not normal, theres a leak somewere, or they were bled incorrectly.
are the rear brakes disc brakes or drum?
Faulty Brake Master Cylinder.
Worn, Damaged, or Faulty Wheel Cylinder.
Brake Rotor Has Worn Past Machining Specifications and Must Be Replaced.
Brake Drum Glazed or Excessively Worn.
Contaminated Brake Fluid.
or could be vacuum leak in Brake Power Booster
are they drum, im not very fimilar with the brakes on this truck at the moment

If you have a bad booster you would have a really hard pedal and it would take two feet to stop. Sounds more like a fluid leak or a bad master cylinder. Are you adding fluid or do you have a red brake light on?
Did you put in the brake control module or abs actuator? Or both, they are bolted together. And like c17hydro said have you been adding fluid or noticed any leaks. especially where you changed out the abs parts?
It does have 4 wheel disc brakes right? Or does it have rear Drum?
What was the very first brake problem you had. Was it that your pedal was low to the floor. Is that why you changed the abs parts or did you have an abs light first. Do you have a good pedal if you hit it quick and then it slowly creeps to the floor?
you could have a cracked or damaged vacume air line from the intake to the booster check hoses

no leaks around tires at all
thanks for help i bought all 4 break pads HOW DO YOU GET THE BACK BRAKE PADS OFF couldnt get off so started to bleed all brakes again good pedal please help with back pads
You may want to check the back sides of the brake area to see if you have a leaky wheel cylinder. Have you had to refill the master cylinder at all?
did you try to bleed the brakes?
Have you done anything to the brake system?
Check the master cylinder fluid level also.
Look for leaks behind the tires...look for fluid around the backside of the brake area.
Let me know what you find. Or elaborate on the problem when you started to have the brake problem.
