I have a 2010 Honda Metropolitan scooter, At first I was able to get it to start And I could drive it just fine as long as I kept the throttle on, if I were to release the throttle at all it would just stop and turn off. But now after I had taken it apart and put it back together as I found it now when I try turning it on it will start for a few seconds and then when I turn the throttle it will automatically shut off. Every single time I turn the throttle the engine shuts down now

I had the same problem. My car would shut off without any warning, I changed my Main Relay located under the dash, right below the change slot on the left hand side. I have not had a problem since. The price at Napa Auto parts runs about $68.00. This should fix your problem.
