You need to be more clear,
top right of body, top right of engine, transmission, axle?
what?>
noises are 99% not good, and not safe, do not delay find a competent
hands on ASE mechanic to look at car, even pay for Diagnosis only !
if the engine makes noise you do need to flat out say that.
if the engine makes noise, we can diagnose where and what it is.
there are tricks, to do that, but do not drive any engine that makes noise or invite total engine destruction. can be.
i can be . bad mounted accessories loose or just bad.
loose exh header clamp banging about (or gasket there)
or cam chain getting ready to lunch the engine. i have 2004 v6. can advise better. but you need to be clear.
you can drop belts off to see if noise stops, for 2min dead cold block.
you can pry exh parts to see of noise abates.
you can use a $5 HF stethoscope to listen to all parts, and hear if they are bad. so easy. good luck to you.

Testimonial: "the noise is in my engine right top side all i did i clean the engine and solved oil leakage from two top sides ,and bottom and change oil + filter the next day the sound came on.note: the engine was washed and kept outside the garage for 2 hours the weather was very cold."

SOURCE: Suzuki Grand Vitara Oil Filter Replacement Disaster

Four or six cylinder engine and behind or front of the oil filter? Looked under my GV 2007 2.7 V6 and can not locate a shiny metal box next to the oil filter. Only thing that was shiny was the exhaust manifold and oil sump which are quite hard to break or puncture. If it was the oil sump you will have to remove it and get it welded as a bog will not hold on heated engine parts.

Loud clacking noise from the engine after servicing the engine

That sounds like a stuck lifter, have it inspected ASAP. Also verify there is enough oil in the engine.

Loud clacking sound on 2003 mazda 6. possible axle? happened after oil change. sounds like something is loose.

This noise can be caused by a defective outboard (wheel end) front axle constant velocity joint (known as a "CV" Joint). This would be louder on turns, more noticeable at lower speeds and sharp turns. Next it could be valve train noise, this would come from the top of the engine and this could be related to the oil change if a piece of dirt got into the oil supply to the hydraulic camshaft followers. At this point you need a professional to listen to the noise to determine the exact cause.

Oil knock in hot weather

Does it knock hard or just rattle loud,? A lot of cars are noisy till the oil gets pumped up top. I hate to see people floor when they first start up, very bad idea, no oil up top, anyway, your oil weight goes by the outside temperature. If you live in Florida, it gets hot, I use 10w-40 year round, up north is a different story, 5w-30 in the winter would be fine, but summer time you could go heavier no problem. My brother uses straight 30 weight with a bottle of Marvel mystery oil as the 5th qt. The stuff works great. It cleans the inside of your engine like you wouldn't believe. He is one of these guys that takes the oil filters apart to check them out. Hope this helps.

Screeching sound at the back of engine at the top of head

Check all the bolts and fastenings for the heat shrouds around the exhaust manifold to make sure they are there (and firm). If you can undo them without snapping them, take the shrouds off to check for gravel trapped in that area. It could also be a failing cat converter, but a lot less likely. My next step would be to remove the rocker cover and have a look......
