Change blinker on drivers side 2004 rendevous

Try turning on the drivers side blinker them stepping out of the car check to see if the front blinker is blinking then check the rear blinker. If one is on but going too fast or just staying on that's okay for now. It's the blinker that doesn't light up at all is the problem. The blinker BULB needs to be replaced Usually called "Turn Signal" these bulbs are readily and inexpensively available at any automotive parts supply stores. I'm posting a short "How To" video on here for you...

1995 LeSabre- right blinker doesnt blink, I have to manually blink the signal. The light bulb on the front side marker doesnt light up, but the front one does. Do I replace that little side bulb, 194na?...

Hi, The bulbs that you take out should be the same that you put in. (volts and color) If blinker is going faster in one derection this is an indecation tha the bulb is no good any more. Replace it with same type. Good luck.

Blinker issues

These are two seperate issues:

the light staying on solid green indicates a bulb blown at either the front or rear, this could also be a bad ground connection but usually is a bulb issue. If you replace the bulb, be sure to use bulb grease to seal our moisture.

As far as the signal arm returning to neutral and cancelling the signal, that is controlled by a part within the steering wheel itself, and could just be worn. It's a Plastic/Nylon piece that pushes the signal arm manually when you turn the steering wheel sufficiently. That would be a dealer part, or something purchased from a salvage vehicle.

good luck

2004 Saturn Ion blinker problem!

Usually when the turnsignal blinks rapid this is a indicator that the turn signal bulbs is blown, you will need to check both the front and rear signal to see which is not working, and then change the blown bulb or bulbs.
