My Explorer won't start, it is turning over but seems to be getting no fuel. think this has happened once before and it was the anti-theft engine lock, but i cannot remember how to reset it? I'm not sure this is the problem, but I would like to try this first.....Any suggestions?
Here you go ck out this solution. if the key reset (on off 5 times) doesn't work he has a way to disable it.

I have 2007 expedition XLT and the interior light blinking all the time what the solution ?
SOURCE: anti theft system
The chip is in the key. Either the key has lost it's program or the transceiver is not recognising the key. Try another key if you have one.
SOURCE: 2001 Explorer; anti theft light steady; no power to car
take the positive side of the battery off for about 3 seconds and then put it back on to see if this will reset the security code
not positive but look in owner manual for a fuel pump reset button i had this problem at one time and that fixed it it is usualy under the dash area somewhere on the drivers side or in a kick panel (decorative cover on the side firewalls inside the cab)....good luck i hope this helps!

Yes you have a problem with the theft system. Have you tried a different key? It has a transponder system.
