A lot of these older trucks were built for work not speed.
If you're in the top gear at the high end of your engine RPM range, that's what you get for speed. I have a 1980 Ford Louisville that can onle hit 80 KM going downhill.

Have an electronic evaluation carried out, it's quicker and in the long run safes you frustration and cash.

Pull up the error codes and freeze frame data to repair the problem.
Tentatively it could be due to the malfunction of VTEC or Vehicle speed sensor.

sounds like 2 problems one the transmission throwin u forward and high rps then cloged converts slow to speed and wont go pass 80 kilometers

sounds like the fuel pump is not putting enough fuel through to keep up with the demand of 110 km ph
but is putting out enough for the 80-90- km ph
advise the install of a larger low (litres per minute) fuel pump
