Changed oil filter guage goes to normal when driving has plenty of oil
It is normal for oil pressure to lower when engine is idling, but if it drops too much, it could be a worn pump. To check, have a shop hook up a mechanical oil pressure gauge and get the true oil pressure. Manufacturers often have a minimum pressure spec at idle and then at a higher rpm, also. Have your pressure checked against the manufacturer's specifications.

The gauge issue is most likely a defective oil sending unit( or pressure ) switch.. No biggy.. They usually run less than 20.00 and labor of approx. 30 min.. Your vibration issue could be a number of things.. You'll need a Tech to test drive it.. could be the brakes rotors.. but not sure..

Two possible fixes : 1. Replacing the GEM module. 2. Check the electrical connections including wires.
