Check the power steering fluid level, if that doesn't fix it take the belt off and spin the alternator, air pump, water pump (everything that spins, except for the crank pully obviously). by hand. If the problem is not found there, change the belt. Squeaks that stop after the engine warms up are usually belts or power steering pumps.
I can't say for sure but it could be the tensioner pully. I don't think you should be able to move it side to side. That would indicate that the bearing is worn.

Hi my name is Allen!
To help you I need to know what engine you have?
For example; 3.0 liter or 3.3 liter
If it is the 3.0 liter the nut for the tensioner is toward the firewall side of the engine tucked tightly under the exhaust manifold, very hard to get too.
If its the 3.3 liter you would have already seen it, both have only one nut holding the tensioner on. This one is easier.

SOURCE: replacement of belt tensioner
Hello
Welcome to FY,
Your tensioner is replaced as a unit,
remove the belt.
there is a nut 15mm that holds the tensioner to the engine, the tensioner and pulley comes off together the new one will have a pulley on it too, install the ne one the same as the old one came off. i would replace the belt too.

route the belt over the big pulley first as you route to the rest of the pulleys the last one should be to the tension pulley guide the belt half way on the tension pully pull the belt with your hand as if the belt is turning with engine. make sure belts in the groves of each pulley.
