I'd changed the spark plugs and coils on my 2003 Lincoln Navigator. I also changed some elbows that were damaged going to the PCV valve and the Navigator is still trembling when at idle, parked. When I drive there's no trembling. Also, gas MPG's is very low. Please help.
Sounds like you have a cylinder with low compression like a sticking/burnt out valve get a compression check done first then check for air leaks on the inlet manifold ie, the gaskets

this is common on these trucks just put your witch in 2 wheel and go ahead and drive it will let loos when it sees the correct secquence and drive a little and shift to netural.

A safety feature on your car is that it will not shift out of "park" if you are not applying the brakes . Make sure your doing that while trying to shift out of park .

I don't know how much oil you had to put in but it sounds like you have maybe more than opne issue and both sound major. One is engine reving and speed not picking up sounds like trans problem. Two the engine shaking and making noise and being run low on oil leans toward possible engine damage. If your mechanicly inclined check all fluids and when checking trans fluid smell it. If it smells burnt the trans has been damaged. Check oil pressure and make sure coolant is full.You may have to take it into the shop.
