Mazada tribute cd radio not working fuses ok any help? I have a similar problem. I own a 2002 Mazda Tribute and my CD player got jammed. I removed the unit with the DIN tools. I got the jammed CD out and replaced the unit. But, now when I press CD on the mode selector nothing happens. Radio and Tape and all other buttons still work. Is there a specific fuse I need to replace for the CD player. Any help would be appreciated.

the problem is probably an idle air control valve. its a cheap fix. the body is ford the motor is mazda.

had the same prob on mine underneath the front seats are seat belt tensioner plugs 1 under driver and 1 under pass. seat unplug them and plug them back in , i found this solution on this site somewhere and it worked saved me a lot of money, almost took it to the dealer

#1 cylinder is on the back of the motor first one to the ritght. On the driver's side. the cylinders go 1,2,3 fromright to left on the back of motor as stand facing the vehicle and 4,5,6 left to right in the front of the motor as you face the vehicle. Hope you understand what I'm telling you.

sounds like a wheel bearing maybe faulty from your text it sounds like it could be the osf you could try jacking vehicle up with engine off handbrake applied and in neutral spin the wheel and see if it makes noise or wiggle it to see if it has any play possibly take off greade cap and see if any grease in bearing /
