When ever you work on any vehicle made in the
last 20 years you don't install parts in an effort
to resolve anything

You gather all the info needed about the problem,
road test the car & refer to reference material to
learn about the car & how to test it

That is what a repair shop should be doing for you

If you do all your own work then you must tell
us & provide any testing results you performed

Can't guess ,need the patient

My car is chugging it feels like the fuel isn't getting through. I have changed the spark plugs and about to change the fuel filter.

dont just change parts without knowing--scan car at a parts place 1st-------it cud be a failin fuel pump or pressure regulator----or an egr valve--dirty injection system-----worn plug wires------fuel system pressure test or ignition inspection may be in order

When driving car chugs then staals sit about 5

Hi,
Depending on how often this occurs it sounds like you have a ignition module or coil overheating problem.
  1. Check spark plugs, if they are worn replace them immediately. Excessive gap in spark plugs will cause other areas of the ignition system to overload with heat and start cutting out.
Try too get this done asap due to the difference in replacement cost of 4 x spark plugs $ 12 - $ 20 and the cost of a ignition module $ 200 - $ 300. Hope this helps, let me know how you get on.
