Well this could be any part of your charging system first start cheap check wires for breaks or frays. Since you have replaced the battery next check the alternator. If that doesn't do it let me know I'll research this a little more.

i actually have the same exact problem but the wierd thing about it is my fuel pump went and so i changed the pump and the fuel filter also and when i went to start it up for the first time the battery light was on and it ran like it was running off three cylinders but they were all firing because i checked so the only other thing i could think of was an alternater so i just got that put in and the problem stays the same so if anyone has a clue please help!!!
i have the same problem but i had the battery and alt. tested at oreilly's. the test stated the regulator is bad so i replaced the alt. and said the same thing. so today i chased my wires to alt. and all ohmed good after looking at the wiring diagram the pcm controls the regulator. so i recommend that u go and have them test your alt. if it says the same thing then you will have to go deeper into diag. im looking into my pcm next keep me informed
