Question about 2004 Kia Sedona
Yes it is normal. The engine has to work slightly harder while the A/C compressor is on so that is why there is a fan there to cool the engine off. Some vehicles have two fans, the first works like yours and the second one comes on when the coolant temperature sensor calls for it.
