What is the problem when the dash light that looks like a steering wheel is on? I have checked and added power steering fluid. I do not have a owners manual.
Speed Sensitive Power Steering
(SSPS) Warning Light
If your vehicle has Speed Sensitive Power
Steering (SSPS), this warning light will
come on briefly when you turn the ignition
to ON as a check to show you the bulb is
working.
Then it should go out after a few seconds.
If the warning light does not come on, have
it fixed so it will be able to warn you if there
is a problem.
If the warning light stays on, or comes on
while you are driving, the SSPS system
may not be working. If this happens, see
your SUZUKI dealer for service.
Are you sure it's not a "Tire" light warning of low tire pressure?. I don't know if that model has a "Steering Wheel" Light of any kind.
I believe that is your airbag indicator/light. You should probably take it to a dealer and have them check to see why it is illuminated. I have noticed that mine will sometimes come on when it is super cold outside and I don't give things enough time to warm up. Then when I turn it off and back on, it isn't lit.

Your computer will need to be scanned to determine what the problem is with your SSPS system.
