I need to know what it does when you shift to reverse, meaning does it feel like it wants to or does it do nothing, if it does nothing, then you may have to replace with a rebuilt, if it feels like it wants to go in reverse and trust me you can tell the difference it will almoast feel like its gonna go then it dont, try this add some gear fluid in the back end of transmission 75/90 a mechanic will know where to put it, and check the fluid in the van while running in park and only when its warm, do not over fill and use synthetic only in chrsler and dodge hope this helps
NO REVERSE ON TRANSMISSION It
can be issue with gears or problem with transmission and needs to be rebuilt.
