The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.
There are two fuse panels (Power Distribution Center (PDC) and Junction Box (JB)). The PDC is located under the hood at the right fender next to the battery, and the JB is located on the left side of the dash at the knee panel behind a door panel.
there are 2 fuse boxs on the jeep cherokee. the passengers side fuse box is located at the lower right kick panel. on passengers side. near floor board. there is 1 under hood, facing from front it is on right side near right fender. it is a black box with snaps or clips. have a good day !!
the radio fuse for a 1994 jeep grand cherokee is located on the side of the dash, if you open the passenger door you will see the fusebox cover, here are two diagrams to show you where the box is and also show you which fuses they are, there are two fuses for the radio #8 and # 10, i hope this is helpful.

there is a fuse box below the steering colum next to the kick panel, there is also another fuse box below the bonnet next to the battery, you will find all the fuses in one off these..
