There are two hoses on the radiator overflow tank one connects to the top of the radiator , but i have no idea wher the other one goes

If you are referring to a very thin hose at the top of the tank? This is an overflow hose and this does not connect to anything g it is there to allow water expansion to leak out as needed.

From the reserve tank, one hose should go to the radiator and the other should be for overflow. Sometimes that one goes to an accumulator, sometimes its left dangling cause its just there to drain any excess fluid from expansion in a hot system. Depends on the vehicle. If its in an enclosed system or plugged you would get an excess of back pressure which would further heat up the coolant and inhibit flow. Just leave it there. If it pukes coolant when hot then its doing its job. Don't overflow your reserve tank.

No, there isn't a hose to it. There is only one hose that goes to the radiator. Make sure that hose isn't kinked.

There are 2 tanks on a radiator. One on top and one at the bottom. They are what seal the top and bottom of the radiator core. You will also find an overflow tank connected by a small hose near the radiator cap that connects to the overflow tank. The overflow tank is where you top up the coolant. One some coolant system, the overflow tank is pressurised and the "radiator" pressure cap is on the overflow tank, on others the radiator pressure cap is on the radiator and the overflow tank is unpressurised.

On this engine it isnt on the radiator hose it is on the hose that goes from the overflow bottle to the coolant housing. follow the tank to the block . you will need to drain the overflow bottle to remove this hose without making a mess.The thermostat is located in a hausing wher the hose bolts to the block.

Unfortunately there is no specific diagram for this but your radiator cap is right on the top of the radiator closest to the front bumper, the overflow hose will also be connected to the cap or very close to it. You should see it go from there to the radiator fluid reservoir. The tank seal is located inside your radiator cap, this is what makes it from coming out of the cap. The other seals are welded into the actual radiator. Hope this gave you a good idea of what you were looking for!

The hose is an over flow drain. If you've seen no signs of leaks then most likely your radiator cap is bad. The cap helps to pressurize the cooling system, if it is bad it allows to much coolant out to the over flow tank and the extra is dumped while your driving. When you turn off your engine the fluid is drawn back into the radiator and your coolant mysteriously disappears.

That will be your over float goes no where but down, there should be another hose that goes to the radiator.
