I can't get heat in the cab, 2000 GMC Jimmy S15

I just changed the intake gasket, new spark plugs, complete radiator flush, oil change, and temp sensor. But still no heat in cab.

SOURCE: How do I set the distributor on a 2000 gmc jimmy?

Get the number one piston up, Take the spark plug out the first one on the drivers side.Rotate the engine until the piston reaches TDC before it starts to decend back. U can use a screw driver to put in the spark plug hole. The rotor must point towards the number one spark plug. your local library will have this infor or autozone

SOURCE: My 2000 GMC Jimmy has been blowing cold air. We

airjoc does not have a clue to your problem, I take you want to have warmer air not cooler ac. check the control system, if you have a vacum system tou may have a leak, if it is controlled by voltage, check the control panel and the control box. Also open the hood, place the heater on high but not on any defrost setting preferrably on just the floor setting. Start the engine and see if the ac compressor is running. If it is, the control panel is bad.

SOURCE: Need to change oil pan gasket in a 1998 GMC Jimmy 2 wheel dr 4.3

On many vehicles the exhaust runs under the oil pan, on others there may have a cross member in the way, or brackets that will hinder oil pan removal. These parts need to be removed. The exhaust nuts/bolts will most likely be rusted. It is best to spray them with penetrating oil. You can use WD-40, PB Blaster, Deep Creep, or something similar. After you have sprayed all of the nuts/bolts, let the penetrating oil soak in for about 10 minutes. Now remove the exhaust pipe that runs under the oil pan. The catalytic converter may, or may not be in the piece that you have to remove. If you have to remove a cross member, simply unbolt it and set it to the side, it is best to mark which side is the front, as some will only go on one way. Other than that, you should not have to pull the engine at all.

Changed spark plugs now runs rough and has thick white exhaust

Changing the plugs probably had nothing to do with it.
White smoke is usually a sign the engine is burning coolant or trans fluid. You might want to check those fluid levels.
If the coolant is low, you may have a leaking head gasket or intake gasket.

I have a 1995 F350 with 460 it keep over heating.I have changed fan clutch, thermostat ,water was new about 4 mouth ago

Check your oil and antifreeze to see if one or the other is mixed to see if you have a bad head gasket. Also try a radiator flush to assure that the radiator isn't clogged up.

No heating on jimmy....fans blows cold air only....heater core is fine

Mine did the same thing you need to have heater core flushed out. Dexcool coolant clogs it up get it and the radiator back flushed and changed to regular coolant. This should fix the problem.

Found radiator fluid in motor oil. Oil looks like a chocolate shake. Hoping its only the intake gasket. Must the oil pan be removed to ensure all water is out of the engine?

No, you can flush system with oil after doing repairs. Just ad oil as you would normally do on service then run car for 30 mins to hr then dump oil and change filter. Should be fine. Yes hope that it is a intake gasket.

We changed the intake gasket and now the Jimmy won't fire,

Get #1cylinder up to TDC (at timing marks on pulley) on compression stroke, and your distributor rotor should be pointing at the plug wire tab on cap for #1 .
