The code translates as :-
'Misfire Emission Related' (P1319).
This could be a fuel or spark supply problem. It could also refer to the Oxygen, (O2), sensors in the exhaust system. (2 in each exhaust).
Is the Car running differently? Rougher? Noisier? Lack of power? Difficult to start? A Good mechanic should be able to give you an idea as to what the problem actually is.

based on these two codes it sounds like you have crap in your gas tank, especially water. Get two bottles of dry gas WITH fuelnjector cleaner. Add both bottles at the same time then fill the tank with PREMIUM ( not regular ) gas. MAKE SURE it is a good quality gas at a SUNOCO, MOBIL, etc station; not elcheapo.

You will more than likely not notice any drivability problems, although there may be symptoms such as a lack of power, detonation (spark knock), and/or a hesitation/surge on acceleration.

A code P0171 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

• The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters may cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry.
• There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor.

Possible Solutions

Possible solutions include:

• In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
• Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
• Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

Ensure you have the proper spark plugs. Check the coil boots/wires, look for burn marks. Anything beyond that you may have to take it back to the shop.
You are misfiring on all 4 cylinders and it is not spark plugs. Those misfires if not addressed can cause serious engine and/or cat converter damage. There are lots of things that could be causing it and most of them need to be checked out at a shop - unless you want to invest several thousand dollars in the appropriate equipment and training.

When you get that many codes and the drivability issues as well,you most likely have a single item pulling down the computer,so to speak.
You need, as you have done, list what the codes are,possible fixes,based on a trouble chart ,you won't have.
Then you need to do three things.
Have a complete vehicle wiring schematic.
Check what does work
Use logic, and do a few tests of suspected areas, if you don't get what you should,you enter the schematic and work your way back to find out why.

In your case,a very good diagnostic repair shop will be what you want.

Replace the plugs with the factory champion plugs to start. Those cars don't run worth a damn with bosch plugs in them. Make sure the timing belt isn't broken either. I don't know where that code came from, but it isn't in my chrysler books.
