When looking at the front of the vehicle. Cylinder 1 is all the way to the left (passenger side) then it progressives towards driver side. 1-2-3-4. As far as coils go, they are on driver side of the engine. So when looking at engine from front of car, starting closest to firewall, coil order should be 1 (closest to firewall) then 3, 2, and ending with 4. 4 being closest to radiator. It may be a grounding problem in the wiring.. probably the turn signal switch that is located inside the steering column..These switches have plastic parts that can crack and close a circuit. You need a dealer repair as there are various sensors and sensitive wiring inside the column that controls deployment of the air bag.
check the blower motor for power and ground at the motor. if this is good hit the blower, if it starts or tries to start replace the blower motor. if you have no power at the motor check the resistor for power going in and a good ground. if you have these going in and not coming out then the resistor is bad. this is a common problem with just about all cars.
