You need a pcm heat it with a hair dryer its located above the engine in on the fire wall in the middle its a black box with vents and wires heat it up and it will start common prob hard to get less than 250 its 95 only the symtoms are cold days turn key get all dash iliminations exeptt check engine light eventually you her the to relays mounted next to your battery start clicking and if you watch your dash the check engine light will eventually flicker and stay on and it will start if you start it with the relays clicking it will sputter because the relay clicking is for your fuel pump and auto shut down relays let me know how it works out [email protected]

My 2004 grand am will turn over t not start...fuel pump?

Check the fuel pump relay. It will be under the hood in the fuze box or in a separate box of relays for lights aircon etc. It may be independently fuzed but the underside of the lid should help. If you don't feel it click on startup see if there is another the same for lights etc and temporarily swap them.
When you crank you, or helper, should be able to hear the pump running under the car near the gas tank. A high pitched whirring / buzzing noise.
If you have the knowledge to carry out this task carefully, then slightly release 1 of the fuel injector connections, have a rag ready and see if fuel is released on cranking. Use a connection as far away from the ignition leads / coils etc to reduce risk of fire. The pump could be putting out 40+ psi so take care!!
If there is pump noise and fuel emitted then the next thing is the cold start system which also has a relay, you should be able to feel both relays(pump and cold start) click with your finger on them when helper cranks up. The cold start system runs for a few seconds until the engine has established enough warmth to continue running.

My jeep cherokee 1990 4.0l is not getting any current in the fuelinjektor

If the check engine light does NOT come on when cranking, at the times when it won't start, and the relays are clicking and buzzing, then your ECU is in need of repair. The engine will only start after the check engine light comes on and the ecu is what controls that. ECU is likely going bad, causing the delayed start problem typical of early 90's jeeps. Reasonably priced repair or replacement services for your jeep ECU are available on ebay.

1993 dodge Grand Cherokee with a 318 hard starting when cold until things under hood click and fuel pump runs.

Your jeep ecu is in need of repair. It has what is referred to as the delayed check engine light problem. If you'll notice, next time you try starting the jeep, it will not start when the check engine light finally comes on, on the dash. The fuel pump will only come on when the ecu finally energizes the relays, and that's when all the clicking starts. Look on ebay for an ecu repair service.

Your ecu is in need of repair. Your jeep has what is known as the "delayed check engine light problem". Time has taken it's toll on some of your ecu's internal components, the ones that supply power the fuel and ignition circuit relays. The ecu is slow to supply power to the circuits in the morning, causing the delay. Your jeep may also have a bad crank sensor, which would cause the sudden shutdown while driving. Your ecu can be repaired or replaced, your choice. Both options are available on ebay.

Cold start is delayed, but starts

The cold start switch might be bad, not allowing the cold start injector to fire when the vehicle is cold, causing a longer than usual cold cranking time.. Have that switch checked.
