That would be a code for the input speed sensor. The sensor is located in the transmission. If you standing in front of the vehicle looking down at the transmission you will see it just under where the cooler hoses go into the transmission.

Sounds like either a fuel pump or throttle position sensor. Check the pressure at the port on the fuel rail. It should be at least 30 PSI while running. TPS is mounted right on the throttle body. Amazon sells them both.

If it's the idle air control valve you seek, it's on the top center of the engine, above the throttle body.
But if you're looking for the throttle position sensor, it's on the throttle body. Hope this helps.

The tps is attached to throttle valve, the throttle valve is in throttle body. I'll try give more info if you give engine size?

It most likely is a transmission issue, a internal issue inside the transmission.

This is possible, to check the valve by going under your jeep and looking at the back part of the transmission. You will see a valve with a vacuum line going to it, it is usually located at rear of trans just above trans pan. To check pull vacuum line off, if fluid comes out the valve is bad and needs to be replaced. They can be purchased at most auto parts stores readily. If no fluid the trans may just need serviced.
