Never had gas readings until I changed the factory head unit to a new cd audio unit. After I plugged the battery back in to make sure everything was installed correctly, the gas meter shot to 3/4 when I knew for a fact it only about 1/2. Sidebar: I had to replace the Fuse for my signals since those were blown after the install somehow. Is there a fuse I can change for the fuel gauge as well to get it back to reading correctly?? Any advice will be appreciated.
You need to check the voltage supply to the fuel gauge. If it is the same as the battery voltage the instrument voltage regulator has probably failed.
Instruments require a stable voltage that is substantially lower than battery voltage and this is provided by a small voltage regulator, usually found mounted on the printed circuit of the instrument panel.

yeah replace the odomitor cable that should hook into the side of the trans by the fire wall. also check the fuel tank float and fuel pump

PO455 is a large evaporative fuel leak. A bad fuel cap is ONE of the things that COULD be the problem. Fuel system cleaning only lightened your wallet. Reading your post is confusing. Did all this start AFTER the Valvoline Wallet Flushing? If so , they left something loose or disconnected. I would find a qualified repair shop to fix the problem, and if it has anything to do with what Valvoline did, make them pay the bill.
